1. Delivery Coverage
SAFA WAST ALMADINAH currently ships to all seven emirates of the UAE: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum order value. No hidden delivery fees at checkout.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UAE time). Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information via email or WhatsApp. If you have not received an update within 24 hours of your expected dispatch date, please contact our support team.
5. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, our delivery partner will contact you to reschedule. Orders that cannot be delivered after two attempts may be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
