  You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.

5. Returns & Refunds

We aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
